It gives me an immense pleasure in expressing my sincere gratitude towards my Institute for guiding me to establish myself in the corporate world with ease. I, Shashank Tandon, Student of PGDM Batch 2014-16 with Specialisation in Finance & GM, feel proud to share that I am placed at New Era India Consultancy Pvt. Ltd (An En World Group Company) before completion of PGDM which indeed is a good experience. This is one of the leading Executive Search Firms.

It was an amazing and enriching two years journey wherein our faculty members were very cooperative, always ready to clear our doubts at any moment of time. The most inspiring thing about the faculty members was that they always motivated us to work hard and gain maximum knowledge and to think out of box which has become an essence in the Corporate World. They emphasized that we should first become deserving and the success will come to us in normal course. I feel proud to have been successfully placed by the office of Career Guidance and Placements at Christ Institute of Management, Delhi NCR.

One has to leave everything and dedicate himself to gain success if you really like to see yourself in an organisation before you complete your degree. You have to update yourself with requirements and demands of market. This is exactly what this B-School has induced in me. If one is confident, positive and hardworking then nothing can stop you from achieving your goals and be successful in life,this is what I learnt from my Institue and this is now philosophy of my life.Mere words are less to show my gratitude to Christ Institute of Management, Delhi NCR and its faculties.The high level of education and practical training imparted throughout the course to handle situations helped me not only to get the best knowledge but also the campus placement in good organization. Each subject taught to us acts as a base to the subjects in next trimester.I feel proud to be a part of this Institute, where my hidden talents were developed. It gave me a platform to excel on my strengths and to work upon my weaknesses. I take this opportunity to thank all those who helped me to grab this opportunity. I am grateful to have been taught by such supportive teachers.I would like to thank Prof.Hadrine H. Pereira for his support in entire process of placement.I wantto extend my thanks to whole placement department for their constant support and guidance. The office of Career Guidance and Placements of our Institute acts as an interface between the students and the various industries.Not only it provided us information about various placement drives, but also it prepared us for those drives through different seminars, training sessions and aptitude assessments. I owe a lot to my institute both professionally and personally. I think our Institute is the best in providing us with placement as it  plays a phenomenal role in our selections during placement drive.I would again like to thank Christ Institute of management, Delhi NCR for building my career and making me a pillar which can cement itself anywhere in the market”.
