On 25th October 2018 the HR Association organized another session on NLP. The session was taken by Ms. Nasreen Khan, certified NLP trainer, life coach, inspirational speaker and soft skills training facilitator with over 200 hours of coaching experience and Ms. Payal Talwar, Master Practitioner of NLP (certified by NFNLP, USA) with over 14 years ’ experience. The session dealt on how NLP can help one to take control of their feelings and emotions. Using mind techniques such as visualization, one can change the way one thinks and feels about past events, fears and even phobias. The HR association VibHRance organized a session on Resume-Repeat-Rolodex by Mr. Biswajit Chowdhury, having huge teaching and corporate experience, on 3rd October 2018. The aim of the speaker was to instill the content in the minds and to make life efficiency-oriented. These vital components were taught well in a very interactive manner and every christite took part in the session very actively and stepped out motivated from the session.
