Wantrepreneur

Wantrepreneur , a Business Plan Contest was organized in the campus for the students to showcase their business ideas . Each house put up their best ideas forward . Seven teams participated in this contest and the winners were: 1st Position - Porter House 2nd Position - Smith House 3rd Position - Kotler House At the end of the event , the placement brochure of PGDM batch 2017 - 19 was released . The outgoing class representatives were also awarded a Christar certificate by Rev , Fr . Anto Pudussery . The investiture ceremony for the new class representatives was also organized with this event wherein Mr. Jubil Thomas and Ms. Tanu Shree from PGDM1 and Ms. Akansha Reji, Ms. Priya Agrawal and Mr. Akshay Jain from PGDM2 were given the oath of office.

Champions of NCYI - Christ Institute of Management

Our Champions It is a proud moment for Christ Institute of Management, Ghaziabad as the All India Management Association declared us as the “National Champions 2018” amongst all management Institutions across India, as Christ Institute of Management team, represented by our students Ms. Priya Raj & Ms. Akansha Reji won 1st prize in the 15th National level Business Plan competition for Young India (NCYI) organized by All India Management Association at New Delhi. The theme of the Business Plan competition was “Turning Potential into Growth Engines: Blueprint to grow Tourism, Sports, Entertainment, Technology and Infrastructure”.

Industry Visit: Anmol

An industry visit was organized on 22nd November, 2018 to Anmol Industries at Greater Noida. At Anmol Factory, the PGDM 1 students were guided through the whole process of making biscuits. They were initially taken to the place where the raw materials were unloaded by various vendors and informed about the safety standards they needed to pass before unloading it. The students then witnessed the entire process commencing with the mixing of different raw materials and ending in baking. This was followed by observation of the packing stage of the biscuits. Students appreciated how each and every process was undertaken with utmost care in an environment that was clean and hygienic. It was observed that most activities were being carried on through conveyor belts without much human intervention. A blood donation camp, a social Initiative by Anmol Industries sponsored by Rotary club and Lions Club was also organized, in which our students actively participated. This in i
