The faculty of CIM Ghaziabad visited Christ University Main Campus on November 08, 2018. The objective of this two-day visit was to help them understand the practices and norms of Christ and equip them to take on the challenges the Institution faces.


The FDP commenced with faculty attending the reopening address by Rev. Dr. (Fr.) Thomas Mathew, Pro-Vice Chairman Christ (Deemed to be University). His talk focussed on the importance of mentoring and holistic education in Christ. This was followed by an interactive session with an expert from QS, the organisation that undertakes ranking of Institutions. This session helped generate awareness on measures to improve the QS ranking. The day also saw the faculty being part of intra- departmental meeting aimed at reviewing progress of initiatives agreed upon at the beginning of the academic year. Holistic Education being one of the primary mottos of Christ, day two was dedicated to training the faculty on Holistic Education. The three realms of personal skills, interpersonal skills and societal skills were covered in this training session. The team returned with new learnings and innovative ideas
