Christ Institute of Management, one of the leading B schools in Delhi NCR, conducted the Corporate Interface programme to enrich students with experiential way of learning. A lecture and an interaction by Corporate Leaders with students at CIM is like bringing the industry to the classroom. Top executives from diverse industries are invited to provide a birds’ eye view of their company, sharing their success stories and addressing questions from students eagerly waiting for the insider’s view of a company.

With large number of Academic and Corporate lectures, our students establish a strong network with people from industry who they can reach out to. Hearing new voices provides students not only with different points-of-view, but also with potential resources they can apply in later courses.

 

Our Placement Office had invited Mr. Sushant Nigam, General Manager – Air Cargo operations from GMR Group on 12-Dec-2015, who had enlightened us with the “Scope of PG students in Aviation Industry & Recent Leadership Trends.

We were briefed about the skills & traits required in the corporate world. He helped us to understand the career opportunities in aviation industry. We were able to connect well with his personal experience sharing and way he reached at the top most in this domain with his passion, expertise and strong-determination. It was an eye-opener for all of us to understand his real life experience and eventually, we understood the seriousness of Time Management Skills.

It was definitely a learning cum interactive session for the students where we got answers to lot of the unanswered queries with satisfaction. Now, there is an excitement in every student to look at a career in Air Cargo Operations.
