Ms. Shivani Jain, from Invest India conducted a Seminar And Workshop for the PGDM batch 2017-19 on future of startups in India. The session highlighted various financing schemes and options for the growth of startups which will encourage more startups to emerge. The session continued on social entrepreneurship and recent development in the era. Invest India also provides the opportunities to nurture the ideas and take them forward. The lecture was conducted by CA Sarika Jain



Talk On Ringlerr

Mr Vishal Ashok Chandra, Founder & CEO at Ringlerr delivered a talk to the students of batch 2017-19 and introduced an upcoming mobile communication product Ringlerr. He accentuated on revolutionizing the way how people receive & make calls by offering a unique tech solution through the App. He emphasized on why people refrain from answering unknown calls and the way Ringlerr team has brought solution to this problem through this App. The session was very enlightening to the students as it grabbed the attention on optimizing the daily communication by making an intent based calling so that the receiver gets to know the purpose of the call with a note.

HR        Analytics


On 16th Jan 2019, Dr. Ramakrishna, AVP United Health Group graced CIM Ghaziabad by his presence and interacted with the 2nd year students. On this occasion, he carried out an interactive consultation with the students on HR Analytics. He talked about the importance of analytics in real-time industry scenario. The session proceeded with the discussion on different tools used in industries for the ease of analytical assignments, as well as he helped the students by sharing some case studies related to market research. Students gained knowledge about how Descriptive Analytics can be used as the most primitive type of business analytics technique. He also emphasized on the career opportunities related to analytics and research. He ensured that he will share some of the case study related to the industry perspective.The lecture was organized by Dr. Akhilesh Tiwari




Start-up India
Mr. Anil Kumar Gupta an Electronics Instrumentation Engineer, Software Professional and eminent Author took a session on entrepreneurship and Start Up for the students of Batch 2017-19. He  is best known as 10X Growth Guru for providing 10X growth to start- up, small entrepreneur and mid-size companies. In his session he talked about the importance of entrepreneurship and the growth opportunities for future entrepreneurs. He encouraged students to go for start ups which may help them to succeed in their professional journey.
