Orientation Program for Management Students 

Henry Ford quoted “coming together is a beginning, keeping together is progress; working together is success”, thus moving one step closer to the goal we set for ourselves.  Thus the journey is so far has been a great learning experience for the PGDM students of Christ Institute of Management, Delhi NCR. 
Mr. Dony Peter, an international HR trainer who has trained over 35,000 amazing people across North America, Europe, Australia, the Middle East, Africa and Asia over the past decade, was the main charm of the orientation program. He brought with him the latest global trends in industry, motivating the students and emphasizing on the essentials of personal development. The sessions were fuelled with energy, passion and purpose for every student. He spoke about how much important it is for a management student to move beyond the boundaries of a B-School in order to achieve his dreams. 



Students got aware of various tools which will help them to get them spot the grey areas in their life and how to deal with them. It was an opportunity for the students to get them oriented towards the goal they have set for themselves. By attaining the sessions, students got equipped with the information of how to gain an edge over others and how to portray their knowledge and skills, in order to get ready for the CORPORATE WORLD.
