       Experiential Sharing

Mr. Jeejo Joseph, Operations Manager, Ahmedabad railway station, in his interactive session with the students appreciated their graduate attributes gained from CIM. He cautioned that a Manager who is vigilant and valiant will win the race even if it is challenges all over. Taking his example of handling huge number of cargo wagons and passenger trains in a busy station like Ahmedabad he invited the future managers to give importance to everyday matters in a professional manner. It was a surprise for us to know that as many as 3 lakhs passengers are moving everyday in Ahmedabad station. To be a successful manager one needs to keep keen observance in matters, trivial and great alike.
