Effective Time Management

As a manager, it is very important for a person to manage time wisely use it appropriately. Finding time to accomplish everything that needs to be done sometimes may seem impossible. That is because we don’t realize the importance of each second available to us. To make the management students of B schools in Delhi understand the need and methods of effective time management, a seminar was organized by Mr. John Paul, Department of Management Studies, Christ University, Bengaluru for the students of Christ Institute of Management.
The session consisted of multiple tips on time management, its importance and also interactive group tasks which not only enabled the students to understand the importance of managing time well but prioritize things and complete the tasks well on time which are urgent and important as well. We got the mantras about eliminating the time wasters and achieving greater personal productivity. The session left the students thinking that even great achievers had the same amount of time available, then what is stopping them from achieving their goals. The learning from this workshop will lead to better time management and organization of work which will automatically lead to better productivity and efficiency. This is an important understanding for all the students of B schools in Delhi NCR. All in all, it was a very beneficial session for the students which would definitely bring them a step closer to being effective and professional. Let this be a good learning for all students of B schools in Delhi.
