 A guest lecture was conducted on the Training and Development for the HR students of 4th trimester. The lecture was taken by Ms. Rekha Nair, Dy. General Manager HR & Corporate Communications at Angelique International Ltd. The lecture offered a deep insight about the Training Need Assessment (TNA), Training evaluation and practical approach of training in industry. The session helped the students to relate their T&D lectures with industrial approach being handled by Prof. Hadrine Pereira
