    All of us dreams of becoming a manager after completing our studies but never realizes. Sometimes, potential is not enough to be successful to become managers. Possibly, we haven’t properly prepared to move into management.
Moving into a management position requires you to have the business skills to not only lead a team with a better control but also to manage operations. These things seem to be subjective and may be easily achievable but as a fact its subjectivity itself makes it most difficult to develop such traits and attributes in ourselves.
